All state would not be bothered to even negotiate a price despite me having a perfect driving record. That all changed when I walked into state farm of Statesville and met this legend Emilio Lopez. Every one knows shopping for insurance is a drag but not for Emilio. I felt like family the second he introduced himself and not in the sneaky conniving salesperson way.
